Product Customization

Terms and Conditions for orders of personalized products:

- The personalization process may vary depending on the type of image you send us. We will always adapt the best customization method for your image. If you have a preferred method, please tell us when placing your order.

- We recommend image quality of 200 to 350dpi to obtain excellent results. Images must have a transparent background so that the background is not printed, even if it is the same color as the tshirt.

- By uploading the image to alíneastore.com, you guarantee us that you are not using an image that you should not, and that you have the appropriate copyright or license to use the image. Alínea Store will print the image, however, it is not responsible if there are any legal breaches.

The file formats to place in your order can be:

• PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
• JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
• GIF (Graphical Interchange Format File)

For maximum quality and/or files in another format, you can also send them via email (info@alineastore.com) with a note on your order.

• PSD (Adobe Photoshop Document)
• AI (Adobe Illustrator File)
• EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

Alínea Store will review your order, after sending we will always check whether all requirements are met. If something does not meet the requirements, we will contact you.
