SHIPPING COSTS
There is no fixed shipping cost and this amount is calculated based on the volume of the order and the country of destination. We show you the exact delivery cost when you place your order, in the 2nd step of the checkout, right after confirming the delivery address.
TIMES FOR PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
The estimated times for production and delivery start on the next working day after payment confirmation if the payment is confirmed before 6pm (GMT+0).
Our products are customized to order, so we do not keep finalized products in stock. At the moment, the stock of our clothes is managed by our supplier. As soon as we receive your order, we will request the supplier to send us the item(s) to start the final customization. The production of wall decorations will start on the same day if the chosen colours are in stock at our production centre.

TAXES
There can be additional local taxes and import duties depending on your country and the order total. Customers are entirely responsible for paying any additional taxes and duties that may be incurred at their country's border (usually in non-EU countries). In case the customer refuses to pay these charges, the parcel will be returned to Alínea Store, and we will be charged for it. Any costs associated with these returns will be deducted from the refund amount of the product.
CURRENCY AND CONVERSION
All products and services listed at Alínea Store are in euros ( € ). The prices are automatically converted to your country’s currency. If the conversion is not automatic, you can choose your country and currency at the bottom of the page.
CUSTOMER COST
By placing an order at Alínea Store, the customer is responsible for the payment of the items, shipping costs, and any additional charges that may be incurred at the border of the recipient’s country.
RECEIVING DAMAGED PARCELS
If the parcel is damaged on arrival and you suspect the content was damaged in transit, please inspect the product before you sign. In case of damage, please return the parcel to the courier and send us an email at info@alineastore.com within 48 hours informing us about the issue, including photos. We will then send you another parcel with the exact same product after we receive the damaged item at our facilities.
FORCE MAJEURE
We're totally committed to ensure that your order arrives on time. However, in rare occasions, there can be delays due to situations caused by events or circumstances outside our control, for which we cannot be held responsible (e.g., bank holidays, strikes, customs, or courier delays).
