Is it possible to request a tailor-made order?

Yes, we can personalize the product the way you want. Please contact us, and our team will help you.

Do you apply the product at my house?

The products are made in a way that our customers can apply them by themselves, we have instructions available on how to apply our products, which you can find here. If you still wish to request our application service, we will be able to travel within the southern area of the country, for an added cost. Contact us for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

All products available at Alínea Store are produced immediately after payment confirmation. However, if by any chance the production hasn't been initiated, you can request to cancel the order. You will need to contact Alínea Store immediately to request the state of your order production and its cancellation. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.

What couriers do you use?

We use CTT EXPRESSO for deliveries in Portugal, Europe and rest of the world. However, we may resort to other couriers (GLS, MRW) for some deliveries.

Do you guarantee the advertised delivery times?

Alínea Store will make everything to make sure you receive your order as quick as possible and within the estimated delivery times. However, the delivery times are estimated and not completely guaranteed. You can check the production time on each product's page, and the delivery in the Shipping Policy. If you have any questions, please contact us or read our Terms of Service thoroughly.

What if no one is home to receive the parcel?

If no one is home to receive the parcel, a notice will be left so you can collect the parcel within 5 days.

What if my parcel is lost?

If your parcel is lost, please contact the courier for more information. If the courier doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipment number, which you can use to track your parcel. You will also receive a text messages or emails from CTT EXPRESSO with notifications while your parcel is in transit.

Where to you ship to?

We ship to over 200 countries around the world. If you are not sure if we ship to your country, please contact us.

What if the courier loses my parcel?

Alínea Store has delivery insurance that guarantees that the parcel is always delivered. In case the parcel doesn't arrive, our store will send a new one. However, Alínea Store cannot be held responsible if the parcel is delivered to another person at the address provided.

I live outside European Union; am I subject to additional taxes?

There can be additional local taxes and import duties depending on your country and the order total. Customers are entirely responsible for paying any added taxes (usually in non-EU countries). Customers are entirely responsible for paying any custom duties that may be incurred at their country's border.
